Return & Exchange

All products purchased from Western Wolf Company (WWCo) can be returned, refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Our aim is to satisfy our customers.

WWCo  provides a satisfactory online shopping experience. WWCo is confident in our product.  WWCo allows a generous 30 days return and exchange from the date of purchase.

 

Full refund or exchange for change of mind within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued by the same payment option used at the time of purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs ( shipping must be traceable). 

The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/ labels attached.

Note: No Return/Exchange for the item on sale and clearance unless the item is damaged.

 Return refund or exchange of faulty, damaged, or defective items, item(s) does not match the original description or specifications. Customers must notify us within 5 business days, via our email. Our team will guide you through the return shipping  process. 

Customers can raise a dispute with WWCo, we review each dispute/concern on a case-to -case basis. 

Replacement (if in stock) or full refund will be issued in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. Customers will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item via our email address.

Customers may need to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post to our address.

Please keep your receipt. 

Refunds will be processed in 7 business days, once items are received.

In some circumstances it will be difficult for WWCo to allow returns or exchange. Such as but  not limited.

An exchange request is made outside the reasonable time frame.

Product is worn , used or misused.

Product has been tampered with.
